Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using TECHALEXUS LLC's website, services, and any AI agents or automations we build or operate for you. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with it and to ensure that your employees, contractors, and end users do the same.

1. Purpose

We want our services to be safe, lawful, and beneficial. This AUP protects our clients, their customers, our partners, the platforms we rely on, and the public from harmful or abusive use of automation and AI.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Engage in fraud, deception, phishing, or impersonation of any person or organization;
• Promote or facilitate illegal goods or services, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Infringe intellectual property, misappropriate trade secrets, or violate privacy or data-protection laws;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; or
• Process personal data without a lawful basis or the required consents.

3. Prohibited content

You may not use our services to create, store, send, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or sexually exploitative, especially any content involving minors;
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or unlawful discrimination or hate;
• Contains malware, ransomware, or other malicious code; or
• Is intentionally false or misleading in a way that could cause harm.

4. Responsible AI use

AI agents and automations must be used responsibly. You may not use them to:

• Generate deceptive deepfakes, scams, or content designed to manipulate or defraud;
• Make high-stakes decisions (such as those affecting legal rights, employment, credit, healthcare, or safety) without appropriate human review;
• Impersonate a human without disclosure where disclosure is required by law; or
• Circumvent the safety controls, usage policies, or rate limits of any AI model or platform we use.

5. Security & system integrity

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks, or those of any third party;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services; or
• Introduce automated traffic, scraping, or load that is not expressly permitted.

6. Communications & anti-spam

If our services are used to send communications (such as email, SMS, or social messages), you must comply with all applicable anti-spam and marketing laws, including obtaining required consents, honoring opt-outs promptly, and identifying the sender accurately. You are responsible for the lawfulness of any contact lists and messaging campaigns.

7. Third-party platform compliance

Our automations often connect to third-party platforms (such as CRMs, ad networks, messaging, and AI providers). You must comply with the terms and policies of any such platform. We may decline or discontinue activity that would violate a platform's rules.

8. Enforcement

If we believe a violation has occurred, we may investigate and take action, including removing content, suspending or limiting access, or terminating services, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. We are not liable for any action taken in good faith to enforce this AUP.

9. Reporting abuse

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, please email contact@techalexus.com with details. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
